CrossFit WOD - A time slot reserved for Unlimited athletes to complete the WOD (workout of the day). Athletes are responsible for their own warm-up.
Prerequisites - completion of the Basic Movements Course. A minimum of three months attendance to coached classes is recommended but not mandatory.
Coached CrossFit WOD - A coach will start this class with a dynamic warm up to get the joints, tendons, and muscles ready to perform the task at hand. Prior to starting the WOD(workout of the day), the coach will explain efficient and effective technique and form guidelines as well as range of motion standards.
Prerequisites - completion of the Basic Movements Course.
Jenna's Fighter WOD - Open to all CrossFit Unlimited members. This WOD is designed by world champion kickboxer Jenna Castillo.
Olympic Weightlifting - Open to all CrossFit Unlimited members. Focuses on the basics of the clean & jerk and snatch. Programming is designed to improve strength in both lifts.
