"Austin's ability to effectively teach simple and complex movements gave me the edge I needed to win the CrossFit Games. His specific progamming for my goals was pure genius" - Jason Khalipa "2008 CF Games Champ"

Jenna Castillo
Jenna Castillo has been practicing martial arts since she was 9 years old. She holds a black belt in Shotokan karate and titles in several other disciplines. In addition, Jenna has taught a variety of cardio and martial arts classes in the South Bay and Peninsula for many years. She enjoys coaching almost as much as she does competing. When Jenna was first introduced to CrossFit, she was struck by the intensity participants exhibited. This was definitely something she could relate to! The fact that power lifting moves, endurance and speed were incorporated into one workout make it even more exciting. Jenna strives to match the enthusiasm and commitment that all CrossFitters seem to have.

I has been working out since I was about 2...I've always been into being a buff stud, but felt that doing the same old thing all the time was well...BORING.
I was introduced to CrossFit by Austin about 2 years ago and immediately fell in love with it. The constantly varied workouts, the functional movements, the intensity, the competition between friends, and the PR's, make CrossFit freakin' awesome. Plus, I've seen huge benefits not only in the gym, but in my daily life as a police officer. Now I want to share this passion with you through teaching. I coach because I love to do it.
Dalbir Atwal
Why Coaching? Becoming a coach was a natural progression for me because I like to help people realize their potential. Teaching movements and classes is fun because you can see people pushing themselves to their limits and improving on a daily basis. The thing I take most pleasure in is when someone has that "ahhh" moment when they are attempting a new movement or trying to add a skill to their arsenal and after practice and perseverance they hit it right and all the cues/ descriptions/ analogies/ encouragement/ yelling from me makes sense and pays off.
Smita Jandaur
As a kid/teen I stayed active trying to hang with the neighborhood guys by playing random sports such as basketball, softball and hockey. That passed as I focused on my studies throughout high school/college. I have always been intrigued by the human body and helping others which is why I decided to pursue a career as an RN. It wasn’t until after college that I decided to get active again and started practicing yoga for a few years. But THEN I got introduced to Crossfit and became an addict! My love and dedication for it grew so much that I decided to take it a step beyond training. I decided I wanted to start coaching and give back the reward of my knowledge/experience to help others. Crossfit has shaped me into the person I am today and I want to share this passion with others. Not only am I physically stronger but mentally. I have developed great drive, will power and self confidence that have changed me as an athlete, trainer and person. I strive to help athletes develop these same character traits and achieving much more than they ever though they could accomplish inside and outside of Crossfit. I never dreamed of being a Crossfit coach and have now officially started a new career in coaching Crossfit here at Unlimited. I am a lifelong student in the Sport of Crossfit and continue to expand my knowledge and experience to share with our athletes.
