The "Big Girls Don't Cry" Challenge is set for Sunday October 19. The event will start at 10am and end around 4pm. Competitors will go through 3 timed 'girl' workouts, which will be announced next week. That's right, you'll have over 2 months to prepare for the exact events. The entry fee is $60 and the grand prize for both men and women's division will be $150 and a trophy. A t-shirt and food will provided to all competitors. This competition is limited to 40 athletes. This will be a grueling day of workouts. The competition is open to all, but it is recommended(not mandatory) to have at least a few months of crossfit experience. To register send an email with name, affiliate, and t-shirt size to austin@crossfitunlimited.com. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL UNLESS YOU ARE IN 100%.

45 pound Dumbbell squat snatch, left arm, 21 reps
45 pound Dumbbell squat snatch, right arm, 21 reps
42 Pull-ups
45 pound Dumbbell squat snatch, left arm, 15 reps
45 pound Dumbbell squat snatch, right arm, 15 reps
30 Pull-ups
45 pound Dumbbell squat snatch, left arm, 9 reps
45 pound Dumbbell squat snatch, right arm, 9 reps
18 Pull-ups

As far as the girls challenge...when will I ever get a free pass to DO 3 girls in 1 day??? Never!!! Too bad I'll be in class that day!!! Sounds fun!

Just registered for our October Challenge! My time today was 20:56 RxD and this was the first time for me doing this WOD. Breathing was crazy out of control! Once I focused my breathing I was able to get more pull-ups in at a time.
